Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS)

LAYANA uses Automated Storage(AS) and Retrieval System(RS) which has 840 blocks of large storage space to help LAYANA store tools, materials, and finished goods. The AS/RS system combines with an ERP system to access inventory on a FIFO basis can help warehouse management effectively.

AS/RS system built-in with the high-speed stacker crane automatically stores and retrieves loads rapidly and precisely. With high-density pallet storage, high-speed operation, and advanced control system, LAYANA could manage materials well and increase operational efficiency.
