Six sigma is commonly applied in many cooperations for manufacturing process improvement. Using Six Sigma data analysis, would not only improve the manufacturing process but also increase the value of the part that we are producing.
Layana held the Six Sigma presentation every year. We use the DMAIC methodology - Define, Measure, Analysis, Improvement, and Control.
We completed the 2021 Six Sigma Project Event on the 23rd of December.
Our founder Mr. Layard understood the value and method by using the data analyzed from Six Sigma. It has not only increased the production process, but also the value of the parts that are produced by Layana. “Quality, value co-creation” is the core ideology of Layana. It has been over two decades since we started our first Six Sigma Event in 2003. We also have been approved by many of our customers from all over the world.
