第 19 屆六標準差發表會
為深化持續改善文化並強化營運競爭力，Layana於12/24舉辦第19屆六標準差成果發表會。本屆發表會延續Layana 多年來對流程品質與數據管理的高度重視，由四位專案發表人運用 DMAIC（Define、Measure、Analyze、Improve、Control） 方法論，針對不同關鍵議題進行系統化改善與成果分享。
