Layana held its 20th Six Sigma Project Presentation on June 24, continuing our long-standing commitment to continuous improvement, data-driven management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This year’s presentations covered a range of practical improvement topics, including the use of AI technology to support marketing development, production technology enhancement, and quality improvement. Through structured Six Sigma thinking, each team explored ways to improve operational efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and create greater value for customers and partners.
During the event, project teams shared their improvement approaches and results, while invited professors and senior reviewers provided professional feedback and guidance. Their comments helped participants further refine their problem-solving methods and deepen their understanding of continuous improvement practices.
Through the annual Six Sigma presentation, Layana continues to cultivate a culture of structured problem-solving and ongoing innovation. Looking ahead, we will keep applying Six Sigma methodologies, digital tools, and teamwork to enhance manufacturing competitiveness and support sustainable growth.
