Since the term "AI" became popular, and on Layana's continuous path to improving quality, we have also realized that leveraging new technology can bring about significant changes. We implemented AI in the workflow, and a large amount of data is required, which has benefited the employees to increase their efficiency. So far, we have held two QCC presentations in 2024, and we expect to have one more by the end of the year.
