Our Standards

Corporate Policies

Layana's business philosophy is centred on people, quality first, and co-creating shared prosperity. Every team member is enabled to happily and effectively apply their professional skills — together we strive to deliver the highest product quality in the market.

Our Philosophy

Built on three guiding principles.

We've established systems such as 5S, ERP, Quality Control Circles (QCC), and Six Sigma (6σ) to nurture top-tier talent, enhance professional skills, and unleash individual potential — addressing challenges in the workplace, management, and corporate culture.

Policy 01

Environment, Health, Safety & Energy.

Since 1982, Layana has been committed to fostering high-quality partnerships with suppliers and customers, providing a positive and continuously growing work environment for our people.

To achieve sustainable corporate development with standardised practices that minimise environmental impact, we operate under three international management systems — and translate those standards into concrete programs across our Lukang campus, from Green Factory and Green Building certification to product-level Carbon Emission labelling, on-site Rainwater Collection, Cleaner Production redesigns, and active membership of the Walk Taiwan ESG coalition.
